Rarely do you find an ice cream stand that has indoor seating and a food menu. Well here it is. Food is available inside or out and the offerings are standard grilled and fried burgers, fries, breaded mushrooms (yum), you get the picture. Service was friendly and fast, food was tasty, ambiance was as you would expect. A favorite in town and worth the trip.Oh & the ice cream!!!

A trip to the Depot has been an Oneonta tradition since the first trains began rolling through more than a century ago. The Oneonta Depot was the place to assemble for a ride to other destinations. But, in 1972, it became the destination itself!

It was then that The Depot was reinvented as a restaurant and tavern and a new Oneonta tradition began.
